2026 SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 09 - 11 October 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team Document 85 Date 11 October 2026 Time 21:51 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 18 - Lance Stroll Competitor Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team Time 19:23 Session Reconnaissance Laps Fact Car 18 left the pit lane during the reconnaissance laps without performing a practice start, but did not cross the white line at pit exit. Infringement Breach of Article 12.2.1.i of the International Sporting Code and non-compliance with Race Director’s Competition Notes (item 6.5 document 13) – Practice start infringement. Decision Driver: Warning. Reason The Stewards reviewed video evidence. When Car 18 left the pit lane during the reconnaissance laps without performing a practice start, the Car did not cross the white line at pit exit and therefore did not comply with the requirement set out in item 6.5 of the Race Director’s Competition Notes. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits.
