Original PDF → Behandlet:

2026 SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX 09 - 11 October 2026 From The Stewards To The Team Manager, TGR Haas F1 Team Document 55 Date 10 October 2026 Time 21:01 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (document XX) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 87 - Oliver Bearman Competitor TGR Haas F1 Team Time 16:36 Session Sprint Fact Car 87 exceeded the 1:52.00 time limit between the Safety Car lines Infringement Alleged breach of Article B1.8.5 of the FIA F1 Regulations and Article 12.2.1.i of the FIA International Sporting Code (non-compliance with the Race Director’s Competition Notes, item 1, document 13). Decision No further action. Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 87 (Oliver Bearman), team representative. The Stewards thoroughly reviewed Marshalling/Positioning data, timing data and on- board cameras. The driver concerned stayed at or above speeds necessary to stay below 1:52.0 around the vast majority of the circuit. However, the Stewards determined that the drivers took appropriate actions to not impede other drivers, and slowed down significantly to allow another driver to pass while giving this driver a clear track. The Stewards therefore determine that the driver concerned did not drive “unnecessarily slowly”, and that he was above the maximum time because he took appropriate steps, and we therefore take no further action. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
