2026 DUTCH GRAND PRIX 21 - 23 August 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, BWT Alpine F1 Team Document 65 Date 23 August 2026 Time 17:34 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 43 - Franco Colapinto Competitor BWT Alpine F1 Team Time 16:44 Session Race Fact Failure to slow for a single yellow flag in Turn 3. Infringement Breach of Article B1.8.4a of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision 10 second time penalty. 1 penalty point (total of 4 for the 12 month period). Reason The Stewards reviewed video, timing, telemetry and in-car video evidence. Car 43 passed a single yellow flag without discernibly reducing speed although also receiving a visible warning on the dash. As the infringement was not considered dangerous or egregious, a penalty on the lower end of the available scale is imposed. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
