2026 DUTCH GRAND PRIX 21 - 23 August 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team Document 30 Date 22 August 2026 Time 10:45 The Stewards, having received a report from the Technical Delegate (document 28), have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 14 - Fernando Alonso Competitor Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team Time 10:00 Session Sprint Qualifying Fact The setup of the suspension has been changed while under parc fermé. Infringement Breaches of Article B3.5.3 and B3.5.4 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision Required to start the Sprint from the pit lane. Reason Aston Martin Aramco F1 Team changed the setup of the suspension of Car 14 under parc fermé before the start of the Sprint, without the approval of the Technical Delegate. This is not accordance with Article B3.5.4 of the FIA F1 Regulations. In addition, the change of setup is not in accordance with Article B3.5.3 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Car 14 is therefore required to start the Sprint from pit lane as per Article B3.5.3b of the FIA F1 Regulations. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
