2026 BARCELONA-CATALUNYA GRAND PRIX 12 - 14 June 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Atlassian Williams F1 Team Document 64 Date 14 June 2026 Time 19:04 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (document 56) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 55 - Carlos Sainz Competitor Atlassian Williams F1 Team Time 14:59 Session Race Fact The Mechanics of Car 55 left equipment on the grass area next to the grid after the 15 second signal. Infringement Breach of Article B5.5.5.a of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision The competitor (Atlassian Williams F1 Team) is fined €5,000. Reason The Stewards heard from the team representative, reviewed video evidence and a marshal report. The team left a black plastic box on the grass area next to the grid and thereby did not take all of their equipment with them after the 15 second signal. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
