2026 BARCELONA-CATALUNYA GRAND PRIX 12 - 14 June 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Scuderia Ferrari HP Document 40 Date 13 June 2026 Time 15:36 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (document 36) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 16 - Charles Leclerc Competitor Scuderia Ferrari HP Time 13:25 Session Free Practice 3 Fact Car 16 impeded Car 27 in Turn 5 Infringement Breach of Article B4.1.1 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision Driver: Warning. Competitor: Warning. Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 16 (Charles Leclerc), team representative and reviewed video, team radio and in-car video evidence. Car 27 was closing in on Car 16 while being on an in lap. Car 16 was passing Car 44 at a slow speed when Car 27 was approaching and thereby slightly impeded Car 27. There was no warning to the driver from the team. The team representative explained during the hearing that such warning will just be given to the driver when a car on a push lap is approaching. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
