2026 MONACO GRAND PRIX 07 - 09 June 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Cadillac Formula 1 Team Document 82 Date 07 June 2026 Time 19:29 The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, summoned (document 79) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 11 - Sergio Perez Competitor Cadillac Formula 1 Team Time 17:21 Session Race Fact Car 11 was out of position at the restart after the red flag Infringement Breach of Article B5.11 of the FIA F1 Regulations. Decision 10 second time penalty imposed after the Race. Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 11 (Sergio Perez), team representative and reviewed positioning/marshalling system data, video and in-car video evidence. Video evidence showed clearly that the front right wheel of Car 11 was outside the starting box. The standard penalty is applied. Competitors are reminded that they have the right to appeal certain decisions of the Stewards, in accordance with Article 15 of the FIA International Sporting Code and Chapter 5 of the FIA Judicial and Disciplinary Rules, within the applicable time limits. Decisions of the Stewards are taken independently of the FIA and are based solely on the relevant regulations, guidelines and evidence presented.
