2026 MONACO GRAND PRIX 07 - 09 June 2026 The Stewards From The Stewards To The Team Manager, Scuderia Ferrari HP Document 18 Date 05 June 2026 Time 12:29 The Stewards, having received a report from the FIA Media Delegate, summoned (document 10) and heard from the driver and team representative, have considered the following matter and determine the following: No / Driver 16 - Charles Leclerc Competitor Scuderia Ferrari HP Time 14:30 Session Thursday Press Conference Fact The driver was late attending the Thursday Press Conference Infringement Breach of Article B10.1.1.a of the FIA F1 Regulations and Articles 12.2.1.i and 12.2.1.p of the FIA International Sporting Code. Decision The competitor (Scuderia Ferrari HP) is fined €5,000. This fine is suspended for a period of 12 months subject to no further breach of a similar nature. Reason The Stewards heard from the driver of Car 16 (Charles Leclerc) and the team representative. The driver explained he was delayed at a previous commitment. Noting that in accordance with Article 9.15.1 of the FIA International Sporting Code, the Competitor is responsible for the actions of its driver, the penalty is imposed on the Competitor.
